Order Stages

Exclusive handcrafted design will highlight your car's style
Step 1

Individual project

Our wheels are not just color and shape, they're an expression of yourself. Our team of professional designers will help realize your vision, creating one-of-a-kind forged wheels for you. Discussing every detail, you'll create a project with us, based on which we'll visualize it on your car online.
Step 2

Contract signing

When you're absolutely sure of your choice, we'll formalize a contract that ensures transparency and reliability in our cooperation. You'll always have a personal manager who will answer any questions and provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. If you have any doubts, they'll listen to you and help you make a decision.
Step 3

3D modeling

A three-dimensional model of the wheels is created based on calculations by engineers with many years of experience in car tuning. We consider everything: technical characteristics, car operating conditions, and your wishes to ensure the wheels provide maximum comfort and driving safety.
Step 4

Production

The production of forged wheels is not only the work of high-tech equipment. An important stage in the production of each of our wheels is hand processing. Craftsmen manually process each element of the wheel, creating a unique texture, lines, color, and much more. Our approach guarantees that no one else will have the same wheels.
Step 5

Quality control

Each wheel undergoes several types of testing. We put safety first so that you can enjoy not only the beauty of the wheels but also confidence on the road.
Step 6

Delivery

We securely pack the wheels to prevent damage and ship them to you. Delivery is available worldwide. You can choose any shipping company, and self-pickup is also possible from our studio. If you need help with installation, let your manager know.
* Delivery and installation services are paid separately.

Answering frequently asked questions about forged wheels

FAQ

What are Stankevich forged wheels made of?

For the production of forged wheels, we use 6061-T6 Aluminium alloy (corresponds to GOST 4784-97 with the designation AD33 1330 and ISO 209-1 with the designation AlMg1SiCu 6061) with alloying additives of magnesium, copper, silicon, and other metals.

The alloy is distinguished by its ease of processing and excellent welding properties, which is why it is widely used in the aerospace industry for manufacturing fuselages, aircraft wings, and structural parts of rockets.

When the 6061-T6 alloy interacts with air or water, an oxide layer forms on it, making it immune to substances that cause corrosion.

What are the advantages of our production?

The main advantages of Stankevich forged wheels:

  • Lifetime warranty on the wheel structure.
  • Availability of certificates.
  • Availability of receipts and other official documents for these wheels.

Production advantages:

  • Collaboration with TUV AUSTRIA, monthly updates of the caliper database based on TUV, as well as the official SIEMENS NX program, allows us to accurately calculate the load at the design stage and set the necessary wheel shape.

We do not claim that every second wheel has these defects, but as market statistics show, such cases occur quite regularly.

  • Our standard for runout in production is 0.3-0.35, while for some manufacturers it is 1 or more.
  • We have our own accredited laboratory where tests for strength and metal fatigue are conducted.
  • We pay great attention to preparing the wheels before painting, which plays an important role.

We use only proven European suppliers of paint and varnish materials that produce top quality materials specifically for car wheels. Manual preparation before painting takes about 4 hours per wheel, while for some manufacturers it takes only about 20 minutes. All this leads to the fact that on the finished wheel, the paint layer in our production is up to 200 microns.

  • Painting in our production is carried out in individual painting chambers in manual mode.
  • Brushing in our production is done manually, taking 10-12 hours per wheel. The difference in the output of the final product is evident.
  • During wheel machining, aluminum is cut within the norm. This ultimately leads to cracks during operation, and in some cases, to complete wheel destruction.

Warranty advantages:

  • In the event of a warranty case, we take responsibility for resolving the situation within 2-3 weeks (if the necessary blanks are available in stock). Otherwise, we incur a monetary penalty. All conditions are negotiated individually.

Production speed advantages:

  • Possibility of guaranteeing wheel production in 5-14 days. Not to mention possible delays/losses of wheels and their damage during delivery.

How do forged wheels differ from cast ones?

Forged wheels are the choice of car enthusiasts who want to improve their car and strive to emphasize individuality.

The lower weight of the wheels positively affects the car's handling, provides better acceleration and braking dynamics, and also reduces fuel consumption and shock load on important car elements.

Forged wheels with the same strength characteristics as cast or steel ones will be 20-30% lighter than the former and 30-50% lighter than the latter. This is due to their manufacturing technology: during hot stamping, the metal structure compacts and becomes homogeneous, which increases the resistance of forged wheels to mechanical impacts. The strength of cast wheels is achieved by increasing the wall thickness during manufacturing, which increases the weight of the finished product.

We manufacture forged wheels in any design, color, and specifications, individually tailored for each client.

What are the different types of forged wheels?

Our company produces various types of forged wheels.

Monoblocks (one-piece wheels). The central part and the rim of such wheels are a single unit and are produced from one billet.

Two-piece forged wheels consist of two separate parts — a central hub and a rim, which can have various configurations. This wheel construction allows for combining different colors and is the most popular.

Three-piece wheels have an inner rim, an outer rim (shelf), and a core. The joint between the rims is sealed with a special sealant, and the central part is attached to the rim with bolts. If necessary, any part of the three-piece wheels can be modified.

How much do forged wheels weigh?

We manufacture forged wheels in any design, color, and specifications, individually tailored for each client.

How are forged wheels produced?

We manufacture forged wheels in accordance with the highest standards and fully control the quality of our wheels at every stage of the production process. The result of our work is premium wheels that perfectly fit the client's vehicle.

Forged wheels are produced using the hot volumetric stamping method. Under high pressure, the metal acquires a special structure: both plastic and strong at the same time.

After forging, the blanks are processed on lathes. Then, on CNC milling machines, the wheels acquire individuality according to a pre-agreed sketch. The milled aluminum is manually filed, polished, and sent for painting. You can choose exclusive finishing for each wheel component.

During the assembly stage, we carefully check the balance of the wheels to ensure you enjoy the driving experience.
